Two African countries interested to produce Iranian Peykan at home

TEHRAN, July 31 (MNA) – Sudan and one other African country have applied for the establishment of Iranian Peykan sedan production lines at home, the managing director of the Iran Khodro Company (IKCO), Manuchehr Manteqi, said here on Tuesday.
Decision has been taken for the establishment of the production line in Sudan and the only remaining issue is that of a loan by the Export Development Bank of Iran, he stated.He added negotiations are still underway with the other African country -- which he refused to name.
